Founded in 2005, JAX Design Group, Inc. has been providing professional foodservice consulting and design services for a varied client list. Our client list includes primarily architectural firms, mechanical and marine engineering groups, school foodservice directors, club management, and many others.We utilize current AutoCad editions and our staff works with several software programs designed directly for the foodservice industry.
As Foodservice Consultants, we sell no foodservice equipment, we provide an independent foodservice consulting and design service unrelated to the intention of selling equipment or specifying favored brands.
A typical construction document set for a mid-size project may likely include 6-12 drawing sheets and written equipment bid specifications, likely 20-30 pages or more. For larger projects, these quantities can easily double.
Our knowledge of operational practices and foodservice equipment provides us with a unique understanding of our clients’ needs. All of the services provided are intended to minimize equipment and construction costs, and provide an efficient, safe, profitable and pleasant facility that will benefit the Owner and all parties involved for many years into the future.
